37 State Senators Speak Out Against 423

Thirty-seven Nebraska State Senators today announced their opposition to Initiative 423, which would lock an inflexible state budget formula into the Nebraska State Constitution. Speaker of the Legislature Kermit Brashear of Omaha moderated a news conference that drew 17 of those legislators to the State Capitol to discuss why they believe Initiative 423 would be bad for Nebraska.
